About this project
Runs Minecraft through a World of Warcraft 1.12.1 client against a local vmangos server that the launcher sets up. WowCraft.exe extracts server maps from your own WoW client on first run (about 10 to 15 minutes), and Prism Launcher downloads Minecraft and Java. It needs Windows 10/11 64-bit, your own WoW 1.12.1 client folder, your own Minecraft Java account and about 4 GB of disk. The README calls it an early test build and ships no Blizzard or Mojang files.
- Co-op: the host shares a link and friends join with their own install
- WoW GM commands such as .tele and .levelup in chat
- C toggles the WoW cursor for NPCs, loot and quests
- Ride boats, zeppelins and trams as the Minecraft player
Requirements and setup
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), the user's own WoW 1.12.1 client folder, the user's own Minecraft Java Edition (Microsoft account), and about 4 GB free disk. First run extracts server maps from the client (about 10-15 min) and Prism Launcher downloads Minecraft and Java. The bundle includes benilla, vmangos, MariaDB, Prism Launcher, Fabric API, e4mc, Lithium and FerriteCore.
