About this project
Both games run at once: Elden Ring supplies the world, enemies, bosses and collision, and Minecraft Java supplies blocks, inventory, tools and HUD, with the two renderers merged through shared GPU textures. It needs Windows 10/11 x64, a Steam copy of Elden Ring at executable 2.7.1.0 and a Minecraft Java account. EldenCraft.cmd downloads checksum-verified portable Java, Prism Launcher, me3 and ReShade, installs Minecraft 26.3 and starts both games. Offline singleplayer only; the README calls it early alpha.
- Elden Ring terrain is minable and maps to Minecraft materials
- Spend Elden Ring runes at Kalé's shop on Minecraft gear
- Build an obsidian portal to bring the Nether into the Lands Between
- Stamina-based combat with boss health shown as Minecraft boss bars
- Torrent appears as a saddled horse with a double jump
Requirements and setup
Windows 10/11 x64 (build 19041+), an owned Steam copy of Elden Ring at app version 1.17.2 (0.26.0 drops older game versions) and an owned Minecraft Java Edition account. The launcher script downloads checksum-verified portable Java, Prism Launcher, me3 and ReShade, installs Minecraft 26.3 and runs both games; Elden Ring uses a separate EldenCraft.sl2 save and saves are backed up before every launch.
